Dear Valued Customer:
Pasco County Utilities continues to assess reclaimed water quantities and system operations to maximize customer access to reclaimed water for irrigation. Some simple DIY steps to help maximize performance of your irrigation system include:
To assist our reclaimed water customers with springtime maintenance of their irrigation systems, we provide reclaimed water services on Tuesday from 8 a.m. to noon, and on Fridays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Please note these hours are only available upon request. Requests must be received at least two (2) business days prior to the date when service is needed. Service availability is subject to change based on weather conditions, seasonal water levels, and systems demands and maintenance. Click here to locate the reclaimed water maintenance service request form. Or, see below for additional option to access the online form.
For reclaimed water users planning to install new landscape materials, when possible. it is suggested that installation be postponed until the start of the rainy season. This will allow newly planted materials to receive no-cost natural watering to help establish deep, drought resistant root systems.
And as always, please follow watering restrictions, regardless of irrigation water source. Currently, irrigation with reclaimed water in Pasco County is only permitted once per week and only between the hours of midnight and 8 a.m. Irrigation days are assigned by address, as shown here. Note: Some community HOA’s may be responsible for the irrigation day and time for some residents. if that is true for your community, Please reach out to your HOA if you have questions about irrigation.
"A Clean Environment Nurtures a Peaceful Heart"
Spring is here and that means it's time to tidy up, not only the inside, but the outside of your home as well. Keeping a well maintained exterior shows you care about your home and your neighborhood.
Cleaning Check List:
Keeping your home and yard well kept shows pride in your community.
The HOA would like to thank the people who decided to steal the plants, that were just planted 3/20/25, from the 54 entrance.
The HOA now has to spend additional money to replace the missing plants.
If anyone has knowledge of the person/persons responsible, please contact one of the HOA board members.

It is imperative that you are at the clubhouse in order to get your roof tarped. The roof at your residence is your responsibility. Roof Reserves are set up to replace roofs when the life of the roof is near its end. Roof Reserves are not intended for storm damage repairs/replacements.
Operation Blue Roof is a priority mission managed by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers for the Federal Emergency Management Agency. The purpose of Operation Blue Roof is to provide homeowners and permanently occupied rental properties in disaster areas with fiber-reinforced sheeting to cover their damaged roofs until arrangements can be made for permanent repairs. This is a free service to homeowners. Operation Blue Roof protects property, reduces temporary housing costs, and allows residents to remain in their homes while recovering from the storm.
The Right of Entry (ROE) is a legal document that allows Corps workers to access your property and assess damage to your home. The ROE also allows contracted crews to work on your roof.
Pasco County Government is offering an online Debris Management Map highlighting debris removal progress throughout the county following Hurricanes Milton and Helene. This live, interactive map also shows estimated debris collection times and locations and is being updated in real time so customers can get the most accurate information about debris pickup.
